The purpose and objective of the Veterans Memorial Park Commission
is to design build and fund a Veterans Memorial Park including Memorial Bricks
and Sponsorship Tiles in the Old Town section of Florence Oregon
The Veterans Memorial Parks Commision was formed in March, 2004 in Florence, Oregon by a group of veterans primarily to assist in the design and development of Phase II and Phase III of the Veterans Memorial Park Project. This is a project undertaken by the City of Florence on behalf of United States Veterans.
